1) The Wool Act
In just 20–30 minutes, a room transforms into a vibrant piece of art: with music, humour and dozens of balls of wool, the audience creates a visual and tangible network together. Our Wool Act artist begins with a serious-looking introduction, leading attendees to expect themes such as collaboration or networking, but it soon becomes clear that the plan is quite different. After a tailor-made intro, the spectacle kicks off and balls of wool fly across the room. The result is a colourful “carpet” of wool: a direct, playful and powerful metaphor for connection within the organisation. This act always guarantees laughter, momentum and a striking visual finale to any session.
2) Network Bingo
Networking can be playful and purposeful at the same time. Everyone receives a personalised networking card and a set of coloured stickers; for each colour, you find two different people and exchange stickers, while sharing short, tailor-made conversation prompts. After 30–45 minutes, the best networkers are highlighted; anyone who fills their card will have exchanged information with twenty colleagues or participants. Network Bingo is perfect for larger groups, conferences or as a dynamic intermezzo during an event: fast, focused and surprisingly effective for building connections.
3) Building a World-Class Team (Terra Mítica Challenge)
Let teams collaborate in an adventurous setting inside the Terra Mítica theme park, where mythological worlds such as Egypt, Greece and Rome serve as the backdrop. Teams solve puzzles, test their communication and find creative solutions while also enjoying the attractions and the park. The programme focuses on uncovering both helpful and limiting team patterns, allowing insights to be immediately applied in the workplace. 4) Karate Power
Powerful, surprising and bonding: guided by multiple world champion Valence Bickel, this session immerses your team in focus, balance and mental resilience. Through partner exercises, breathing techniques and an exciting board-breaking challenge, participants work on self-confidence, respect and connection in an accessible and energising way. Karate Power is ideal when you want your team to step out of their comfort zone — literally and figuratively, and return with greater focus and mutual trust.
5) Painting the Big Picture (Painting Workshop & Super Mosaic)
In this creative workshop, teams translate their organisation’s story into imagery. Each team member paints part of a larger artwork; collaboration and communication are essential to capture the shared theme well. Participants can take their individual paintings back to the office as a lasting memory, or we can pre-design the canvases so all teams work within one concept. As a finale, all paintings are combined into one super-mosaic, photographed and filmed by drone, revealing the full message chosen by management only once the artwork is complete. A tangible, artistic way to anchor vision and team identity.
